All Safe and Sound!

Well done to the safety team, who this week helped Mr. Young go around the site to ensure everything remains safe and as it should be for everyone. We checked everything outside and it was good to have them listening to the sort of things we need to look at. Their keen eye was very important. Great effort guys!

National Storytelling Week was fun, because it gave me the opportunity to use the Sound Shaker device to create different and random sound effects that in turn guide my made-up stories. The more far-fetched the better in my experience, because the children enjoy not knowing where the tales might go next. It was also good to get the Headteachers for the Day involved from the Junior school, as they got to read 'We are Going on a Bear Hunt' to the Caterpillars. 

Next week, we have our Midweek Movie to look forward to on Wednesday 12th February courtesy of our PTFA. Hopefully, the children all enjoy watching the different films on offer.
