Outdoor Learning

We have a bespoke outdoor learning space where our pupils can learn about nature, bushcraft and survival with external specialists or staff interested in bringing the learning outside the classroom. Lots of our outdoor work is supported by planning and training courtesy of Learning Through Landscapes - Outdoor learning ideas | Learning through Landscapes (ltl.org.uk)

Our curriculum learning has been enhanced with bushcraft, which we enjoyed during Spring Term 2023. Since then, staff have undertaken further training and have ensured outdoor learning is built into our curriculum all year round.
